  1. I have kinda shortlisted to the 2 following ID/contractor? Six Dimension Design & Decor - recommended by my army buddy - he said their after-sales services is really good - come down to repair my friend's house even after 5 years - price is reasonable around $23k minus electrical, ac, gas heater piping, etc Rich Furniture Interior Design - recommended by my wife's colleague - she said is cheap and good, and her entire extended family uses them (3 houses in total) - price is reasonable around $23k also but include the switches for the lights, gas heater piping but minus the rest also. But I tried google, but could not find much reviews on them leh. Anyone got use them before? My reno is very simple, - hack floor and misc build-in stuff - lay new homogeneous 600x600 tile ($3~$3.3 psf) for living room, 3 bedrooms, and 1 study - lightbox for living room and 3 bedrooms - change x2 sinks, toilet bowls, and bi-fold doors - tear down old wallpaper and repaint - x1 new cupboard for master bedroom
