Hi dexufto, tried to send u PM but ur mailbox is full.. I shall just post my question here.. Hi dexufto, need ur advise... We met up with Edmund last week.. However we were extremely shocked when he gave us the quotation 1 week later @ $40k for works that are very similar to yours. Our place is a corner 3i, hence slightly bigger than ur corridor 3i, but we didn't expect such huge differences in terms of quotation.. did u have to bargain very hard with him? We have also gotten quotations elsewhere and his turned out to be the most expensive.. Even higher than ID prices!

Hi Tiler Seng, We're looking to renovate a 40year old, very original 3I corner HDB (76sqm). We intend to do the following: 1)Hack and shift back the wall separating Living and Kitchen 2)Hack off all floor and wall tiles 3)Hack off parquet flooring in both bedrooms 4)Re-Tiling for Living, toilets and kitchen (homogenous) 5)Parquet for both bedrooms 5)Re-plaster whole house wall + ceiling 6)Re-run all wires 7)Change existing water pipes to copper pipes Kindly give a rough estimate and costs.
