Anyone tried SD before? Read in the forums about them and many were excellent reviews. Approached them a few weeks back to do up my house and after some minor fumbles ( a month since last communicated), a few things I'm rather disappointed about like sub my project to another staff without informing the him, dear staff left for overseas during our meetup session and took one plus week (still counting down) to get back to me on some pictures that I requested. Anyone care to share their experiences with **? So far not impressed but hope this is not a norm in popular ID firms. Genuine comments.
