When my mum moved in her flat 10yrs back, she paid over 40k for renovation and 3 years later things started to fall apart. I wouldn't want that to happen to my flat! Getting the keys in a month time and choosing a contractor is definitely a headache. Btw, u have any idea how much his basic package roughly cost nowadays.
