Mostly it's included from contractor or from supplier.

I did some research on asking some auntie from neighbourhood fabric shop to make bean bag, the price is not cheap. The fabric may cost you about 100+ depending on what kind you choose excluding labour, you'll need good fabrics for your bean bag to be lasting. Also you'll need to get "beans" to fill up the bag. At the end of the day, you don't save much... Hmm.....

What is the price range for Lush's products?

How about bean bags from SNUGG and Bean Bag Mart? Are they consider good quality? Can someone advise on this?

Hi Mr Chong, how about beds under beams or L-Box etc...? Beams, L-Box and etc pretruding covering your head. ___| <--------(L-Box, Beams and etc....) (*)---[-------] <------- (Body) |----------------| <--------(Bed) Sorry to ride on your topic again, galsparkle.

I don't think Snugg or beanbagmart cheap... I find them both over priced and on top of that for snugg need to wait for 2 weeks cannot cash n carry coz they no showroom. I'm also looking for a beanbag, so far it's the single seater beanbag I saw at life shop (raffles city) normal price @ $199 but now got 50% off cheapest and good quality. Only thing is they don't have stock right now but you can queue in the waiting list.

Thanks man... So L-box above your head while sleeping is a nono...
-
Is it ok to have beds under L-Box? I heard it's bad to have beds under stuff like L-Box, Beams, Carpentries etc... What are the effects? Sorry abit off topic, hahaha.

"The colors in the kitchen should not be anything in the range of red, pink, or purple. These are "fire" colors, and can portend arguments, so if you and your spouse tend to fight in the kitchen, see if the wall color might have something to do with this. Good colors to use instead are cooling white, light green, and blue. Of the Five Elements Earth, Metal, Wood, Fire and Water, the kitchen is both a Fire and Water room. In considering the Five Element Cycle, white mediates between the water and fire found in the kitchen. These colors also fit in with popular trends in kitchen appliances. According to Behbin, stainless steel appliances and hardware are very popular, and that doesn’t show any signs of changing. Luckily, stainless is very easy to match with the lighter colors recommended by Feng Shui experts. In any room, fluorescent lights do not promote good health; they are constantly flickering, affecting the eyes and nervous system, and can cause hypertension, eyestrain and headaches. However, they do serve a purpose, as they provide bright light at low cost. If you decide that you do need fluorescent lights in your kitchen, use full-spectrum bulbs. According to Sheffield Feng Shui Course instructor Marelan Toole, good kitchen design is based on a traditional triangle model, with the sink, refrigerator and range making up each point of the triangle. There should be a 6-8 foot distance between each appliance; this allows for maximum convenience and a minimum of repeated moves. Because you'll have that space between each of the major appliances, it should be easy to adhere to the Feng Shui principle of having fire elements such as the stove and microwave separated from water elements—such as the refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink. They can be separated by something made of wood, or by something representative of wood, such as a plant or a painting of a plant." from http://www.womenof.com/Articles/hh_9_2_03.asp According to this web page : Kitchen should avoid using red, pink and purple. Good colors to use instead are cooling white, light green, and blue. How true is above?

Hi Mdayub, Can PM me too? Thanks. -
You can buy new flats pay 30k back lor. You won't be entitled another 30k grant. BTO, WIS, Balloting lor ....
-
You'll only need to pay back the 30k in cash if you're getting a new flat after selling your resale flat ( 30k grant applied). Which means as long as you don't buy new flats after getting the 30k grant for purchasing a resale flat, you don't need to pay back the 30k in cash. So all you need to do is only buy resale flats lor... Because resale flats cost much more than new flats so "they" though of this idea to help those who wanna buy resale flats.

I have gone thru 1st appointment and I was told by the HDB officer to produce the cert on final appointment because I'm getting the 30k grant. He also told me if I don't take grant can submit cert within 3 months after I get the keys. I was also told to produce receipt for ROM on the 1st appointment. I think if you don't take 30k grant you can buy flat 1st then produce cert later. Please take note if you don't take grant you can apply for new flat next time if you sell your old resale flat, if you take grant you'll need to pay 30k in CASH to HDB before you can apply for new flat...

If you take grant, must produce cert at final appointment. No grant, within 3 months after you get keys.
