Hi all, Pls correct me if I am wrong. This is my understanding of the sequence of reno works for a resale flat. 1. Hacking of any walls or tiles, removals or existing windows grilles and windows. 2. Electrical works. 3. Installation of false ceilings, new tiles. 4. Painting of whole house. 5. Installation of aircon, new windows. 6. Installation of laminates flooring for whole house. 7. Installation of carpentry works. 8. Final clean up. I intend to engage contractors for the entire reno works due to budget constraints. Thanks in advance!

Hi! Is the 2 seater sofa from OM as well? You might want to reconsider your purchase for the sofa if you are on the heavy side. I rejected two of their sofas when the high density foam started to sink after 1-2 weeks of usage. My weight is 90kg.
