76K+ for soil removal, tiling works in front and back porch and roof garden, hack and overlay level 1 toilet, hack and add wet kitchen cabinets, carpentry and id designs for 5 rooms + living and dinner + family hall, change 3 doors at wet kitchen and utiliy rooms, varnish all wooden doors all parquet rooms on level 2 and 3, polish level 1 marble floorings, acid wash, painting for all internal and external walls with scaffolding and installation of all bathroom basins and mixers, toilet bowls and other fixtures and finally all hacking and removal works.Plus also chennai autogate with motor!!

Renovation Day 2 Was really disappointed with GXXX CXXX today for the aircon installation...there was ZERO yes ZERO communication between the assessment/project team with the installation team...my god we wasted - 1 hour waiting for supervisor to come -1.5 hours to review the installation options Very very ANGRY!!! :furious: At the end of the day, this one cannot, that one cannot...Wah lau eh.... Aircon Technicain using "Eye-Power" to install "Copper Piping" Front porch has became a "Battlefield Bunker" In contrast, Laksa's team were SUPER ON-THE-BALL man...very efficient and solid. There was proper planning and discussions and final reviews prior to implementation... Electrician "The Bear" and team working on the installation specs we have reviewed earlier The Bear at work to replace the external powerpoints. He completed it within minutes... :good:
