I exclaimed as I was talking to my friend at the kopitiam..."Wait....you wait.." Remarked KH (use this for short) "So many suicides and bankruptcies in the pipeline, the property market sure crash one!! Then I go in..." :o Check with you folks, the heaters I used in my HDB are all electric type, in my terrace house I would like those taps (besides shower) with hot and cold water so I will need to install those heater tanks right? If extisting one don't have, would the pipings be complicated?

Ha...We have also 5 toilets and I will convert one into utlity room. So there will be 2 bathrooms for each of us...lol..
