i believe a few forummers here had actually engaged interior designers if my memory doesn't serve me wrong they paid about $500 for EACH drawing so if you have 10 3D perpective, you are paying $5k for just the design but it's worth every single cent i used ho bee as i simply don't believe in any of the 'ID' firms i visited that includes almost every single one in IMM, some along balestier road, some at clementi and others all over the island !!

logically having the lights right in the middle of the ceiling ensures that areas are evenly lit and there's no dark corners in a room though no aesthetically pleasing, it's better this way coz kitchen can be considered a work area so sufficient light is important

if you find it difficult to visualise, ask the tile shop assistant to lay out four pieces of the tiles together, or even eight of the same together this way it's easier for you to 'see' how it'll look like on your living floor
