hehehe, i'm a lazy person so just bought the one at hdb hub think it's $9.25 for five years covering structural damage additional $325 for five years covering certain contents no need to buy from hdb but how much can you save from the $9.25? but the contents coverage can consider sourcing around. better to get your contractor write it down in black and white i.e. how many single / double sockets, how many of the sockets are 13a, 15a etc, how many light points. i'm not doing any wiring works so can't 'advise' further maybe those doing would like to share?
