hehehe last time when i stayed alone i had a 400+ litre ariston fridge filled it with drinks but now the fridge so small all my drinks cannot put inside so most important thing is must have lots of space for my can and bottle drinks nice next time when i got money will hack away all the skirtings not all big fridges are electricity suckers bah last time i stayed alone, with washer and dryer one month utilities $50 nia but my fridge only 400+ litres, may not be that big

awwww how i would love to have your fridge used to have a 400+ litre fridge but spoilt then my mum insist on a small 300+ litre so now everything cannot put inside the fridge dun care next time i'm gonna get the biggest fridge that can fit into the space left - a miserable 32" most prob going for those tall tall ones like the ariston one yes i totally agree with you he is so nice that i really feel that he can't earn money like this loh post pix of your naked walls leh really want to get a feel of how it looks

actually it's not true e.g. the prius will only start the petrol engine when the vehicle hit certain speed so if it's start-stop traffic it'll rely on the electricity engine another reason why hybrids are more fuel efficient is the size of the engine with a smaller engine, it takes less energy to go up a slope or accelerate suddenly

i didn't do the fridge base coz if do must do a giant one i'm planning to get the biggest fridge that can fit the space next time when this one finally say bye bye patrick asked me dun do washer base coz not necessary he always thinking of how to save money but cutting those unnecessary stuff

i also dun know, the hdb contractors really solid loh the cement stain is left at the corner after they tile the area, didn't bother to clean up if i didn't sit down on the toilet floor, i also won't notice the chip think will stand there and watch over the hdb contractor when they rectify the defects... okay, will wait out for your pix

yes you will receive a receipt that state HDB had received the S&CC on behalf of the TC as for the a/c no., not very sure they are the same

yes yes that's the reason why i bought these lights coz it's instantaneous so no need to change liao right? any idea if i can 'upgrade' the watt later e.g. 40w to 52w you mean you wash your kitchen floor ah last time we used to wash our kitchen floor too but then become lazy to shift things around e.g. table and chair then no washing liao new kitchen think no need to wash coz very very small can't see how can the floor be dirty coz covered with cabinets, fridge and table liao

my HHS door is painted in those paint meant for metal & wood it's the closest possible colour to my walls coz didn't want to pay for customised colours

then you must raise this with your ID coz i think a lot of items are charged according to your floor area that means things like hack, tile laying at these your ID charged 134sqm leh

hehehe, i know coz i was thinking of doing the same thing but how do you wash floor tiles without washing the skirting??? the only way is to protect the skirting loh ID didn't do so IMHO it's the ID's fault

no lah, my covers are all plastic so if drop is a bit painful if kenna the head unless you can prove it is a manufacturing fault at least demand for refund but if it's due to 'wear and tear' then i dun think they will entertain loh ikea is know for bad service leh, there's a site by the name of ihateikea
