TS, you should examine what are your needs first do you have specific requirements that off-the-rack items might not meet or are you a rosewood lover like some of us here that'll help decide whether to go for carpentry items for me, kitchen cabinets must be customised coz i want ALL drawers BR wardrobes too coz i only have a 6ft space, and trunkings run all over the wall so off-the-rack ones will not fit in bought ready-made bookcases coz i love rosewood and no one in singapore does built-in bookcase with rosewood as in there's no carpenter in singapore who is willing to do it think about how you want your home to look like and do you have the luxury of space that'll help in your decision

not OT lah, coz it's related to the topic mah fact is, tv in the room will affect the quality of sleep so delta sleep (or deep sleep) might not be enough and REM is longer which in turn results in lethargy used to be insomniac until i removed the tv from my room me also light sleeper so the tv (or lack of) helped

sigh the JW resident keep quiet liao good to hear that ben settled down think he'll be even happier when you shift over think just leave the mess alone lah gonna be more messy starting tomorrow and there's a lot of cleaning waiting for you right after renovation must conserve some energy now raining at SK, got thunder or not? if yes must hurry home to sayang my babies they sure very scared one !!
-
but one box can last quite a while coz only need half cup for one full load of laundry and they come out smelling clean and fresh
-
5kg for $11.95 that's the price i usually pay expensive or not???
-
thought the JW resident will volunteer since he worried we will injure our back so today you shifting back to jurong liao right? poor ben, must have really missed you and in a unfamiliar environment somemore
-
oh the slim type only comes in 5kg but still okay for me since we wash our own clothes 7kg is good but not necessary for me persil is a brand of washing powder it's the only true low suds in the market that thomson/brandt can take another brand starting with 's' i think touted low suds but spoilt my machine seriously, have been using persil and no problem with drying indoors as the machine wrings the clothes almost dry
-
dream is REM deep sleep is when your brain activity goes down to a minimal that's why pple who dreams a lot dun get good rest
-
it's the 5kg model, 40cm wide one price might have went up coz i bought it quite a few years back after my sis spoilt my previous one for this two brands, very important to stick to persil washing powder
-
medically speaking, appliances that emits waves will affect the quality of sleep we may find ourselves having a good night's sleep but the question is how many hours of deep sleep do we have? how fast do we progress from REM to deep sleep. say you need two hours of deep sleep to feel rested, but it takes 4hrs to get in and another 4 to get out that means you need 10hrs just to feel rested. if you are able to fall into deep sleep faster, you need less sleep. waves emitted keep our brain active, so it takes a long time to reach deep sleep
-
oops then i think brandt / thomson is out liao think cost around $800+ the measurement think is 40cm x 60cm
-
thought it's about the same price as most continental front-loaders love the size, and after years of use love the gentleness
-
can't remember liao but 40cm wide washing machine think only that two model nia one thomson and the other brandt
-
TAK is a brand of laminates if you see my bedroom wardrobe, the laminate is also TAK check out gendon's blog too, her home has a lot of TAK laminates there are laminates of varying colour, glossy or matt, textured or smooth. so many that i was totally lost, that's why went for white glossy
-

i like thomson / brandt currently using the slim one, top-load but the drum is front-load style can dump everything inside and wash - including hand-wash only clothes never spoil my clothes before

hehehe guess i'm beginning to become an aunty clothes does not maketh the man, but behaviour certainly does to me, two same person can wear exactly the same thing but one will appear youngish but the other confirm aunty-look coz of the way she carries herself i'm a dress person simply because no need to iron, no need to match and can just grab & go
