Family Of 12 Faces Eviction For Not Paying Bank Loan
applefreak replied to MaCe's topic in Men Women Kopitiam Corner!
thanks for your compliments guess ultimately the father should be the one taking the responsibility actually i've read about their plight a few years back when they were without a roof can tell they are expecting society to help them, without trying to improve the circumstances themselves then fast-forward to today, they are still expecting society to bail them out of the mess they created sigh... -
so far mine are all plug and play easier to remove the stove for whatever purpose sealant is more for sink where there's a lot of water

Utility Bills
applefreak replied to HSH21's topic in Moving House: Packing, Storing, Moving To Your New House
cannot be lah we using gas water heater to bath, and cook regularly gas bill for five person is around $50 think you better go check the gas meter, is it moving when your stove is off? can't account for your electricity maybe your appliances not energy-efficient type so consume more electricity !! -
the cut-out is actually the size of the bottom of the stove different stove comes with different cut-out size ideally, the cut-out of the support should fit the stove cut-out nicely i.e. the stove cannot shift at all but allowance is usually given, around 1cm each side for concrete support, what's done cannot be undone and the only way to rectify is to build from scratch again

as long as it's not something ORIGINALLY there when hdb handed over the new flat, it can be removed
