yes the one i have in my room is with light, just one round round tube of light my dining one is with light kit, three bulbs of up to 40w each i think that's 120w which i think is way too much for bedroom most fans can be installed with or without light kit but the fan with light (round tube) comes as is, and the remote IS included. hope it helps

your attic is the size of my living room or even bigger :bangwall: like the idea of the tv enclave for your children's rooms must keep this in mind in case i want to revamp my wardrobe

hahaha, this remind me of another money saving tips only watch action movies in the cinema, the rest can buy dvd and watch at home to save more money, get like-minded pple and share the dvds i only catch action movies in the cinema, or when i want to have the 'watch-movie' feel other times, i'll just buy dvds to watch but don't buy pirated hor, the quality is not worth the money paid !!

hmm the 60" fan is in the middle of the longer side of the L the dining is the shorter side of the L so can't get the wind from the fan but if it's a rectangle i don't think there should be any problem might be better to put one in the living coz the dining one tend to cool food down very fast

welcome to renotalk are you going to tear down the wardrobes or just re-skin them? it might be cheaper to re-skin them esp if you are going to 'retain' the design

wah wah wah $20+ only think those sold in taka is made in vietnam so it's cheaper there really good bargain makes me wanna go vietnam too the TAKE lamp is although it might look a little like the ikea one, it just has a elegance that ikea simply can't match
