sigh the quality of premium flats are really bad, especially those that were left vacant for years mine was quite bad also, guess it'll take quite a while for hdb to finish all the rectifications.
-
heard my name somewhere........ oh it's here aiyo YG, you make me sound like stalker leh hi blueblue, you must have spent a bomb on lights love the foyer crystal light, very beautiful
-
hmm so far have not come across privacy film that works well as solar films coz the better solar films are primarily made with vehicles in mind, so the privacy part is a non-issue do bear in mind that it's against the hdb bylaws to install reflective films on your window
-
the $40 is the installation fees, so if it's included then it's a really good deal sometimes i think i should stop visiting renotalk, so many good deals to tempt me :yamseng: hehehe, my t-blog got a lot of chit-chat mah some pages got a lot of pix so might take some time to load though wah so nice got SB, me already collected and spent my bonus liao now can only look forward to the jul one
-
hmm for solar film to work, the window must be CLOSED if you open the window then no point getting solar film i had solar film installed coz my room is getting the direct evening sun works like a miracle

-

How To Fill Up Long Vertical Cracks On The Wall?
applefreak replied to skyy's topic in Ceiling, Walls and Flooring Works
like what joe_ling mentioned, the crack will reappear again if you cover with wall paper and the crack get bigger, the wall paper will tear wor that's why some of the premium grade paint is 'elastic', so when the wall crack again the paint will 'expand' to cover as well -
like i always say, if rich already buy liao now can only nia :) 8|

eh it's not possible to change your thread title unless you get the mods to do it however, it seems they are pretty slow in responding so some forummers just start another t-blog

Utility Bills
applefreak replied to HSH21's topic in Moving House: Packing, Storing, Moving To Your New House
yes everybody who signed up for the GST credit thing and has a utilities account will get it so sad, me only get $50 so still have to pay $100+++ for SP bills -
totally agree

wah 10% off :) guess should have waited instead of rushing to buy it maybe i can get another set for the kitchen hehehe i'd rave about WMF pots as well guess it's pretty good value esp the $150 for 5pots think it'll be enough for small family cooking liao airflow for hoobs means the amount of air being filtered (per hour or min) the bigger the number, the better at filtering the air but also noisier as for the cut-out, it means the hole that needs to be cut on the surface to plonk the hob in the measurement you quoted should be the size of the hole that this particular hob will fit anything longer than 840 the hob will fall right through and less than 725 the 'butt' can go in ditto for the width

awwww they look sooooo sweet 8| think i should start taking more pix of my babies too so envious leh, you are surrounded by good food not forgetting the bedok south market where the famous hill street char kway teow, nice hokkien fried prawn noodles, famous rojak and cuttlefish eng chai is talking about them makes me hungry as well :)

-
the wall paper for your bookshelf is really nice :) and the idea to hide the air-con access is fantastic
-
