she called me last week to say that the aluminium contractor going down to do rectification, so when i went over the weekend the frame looks nice and clean gave me the impression that all rectification were done. then when i tried to open the top window it was a little stuck. thinking that it was just me who is weak so use more strength, in the end cut myself on the frame and turn out the hinges are rusty that's why cannot open tomorrow will try my luck again and call her hopefully the aluminium rectification will be done by now most prob will top up for the homo tiles...

guess with stick with the fanco remote one for my room and the elmark one with lights for dining. thanks for the advice

hi can ask which brand you are using? can't seem to find much on granite sinks only know a few brands i.e. plados, blanco and franke but do not know the difference in quality

got it from a shop in chinatown point that sells hello kitty stuff they get their goods from japan so sometimes they have very cute stuff thinking of buying the kuromi cloth to make door curtains for my room went down to my unit to check what was being done they only oiled the hinges and cleaned up the cement splatter also cleaned the tracks so the doors are easier to slide open but the rusty hinges and nails are not changed will call ng tomorrow and ask her about it got a quote from patrick of ho bee it's quite reasonable but two of us are playing hide and seek he called and i missed it, when i call back he didn't pick up will call him again tomorrow to see when can meet up to further discuss about the things i want done might be doing some carpentry work afterall need a divider to block my sofa as my door is right at the end of the corridor so anyone returning home will look straight through my unit to the other block
