no lah, just that i mistook a forummer as a guy before so now better double-check and confirm for our block, the full-ht windows are located at BR2 and BR3 those only 6th flr up have coz mine corner unit so all windows look outside the block coz mine is NEW flat and the tiles already cmi hdb hacked and relay for me loh, now going to finish laying liao but i topped up for porcelain tiles lah, dun want ceramic coz too fragile liao then after finish laying, another round of inspection to see if stained kitchen/toilet tiles can be cleaned or not. if cannot another hack-and-relay process. WCs also... and you know HDB is famous for their speed !! if you interested to see the tiles can just go up 7th flr, walk to the end of the corridor is my unit liao. strongly recommend this type of tiles i love my tiles

the balcony door already destroyed by the contractor, as in annihilated! really solid leh, such a big door also can reduce to nothing

me also parked some away only paid the requisite 20% downpayment didn't want to take 30yrs coz find interest payment per month too high liao not forgetting got to pay more premium for the DPS so paying $1.1k per month but my cpf contribution slightly less than 2/3 of it heng parked away quite a bit so can tahan at least 4 - 6 years, depending on my bonus amt hopefully when this is exhausted my cpf contribution should be enough to pay the installment liao if not then i will make some capital repayment to reduce the monthly payment when my insurance matures in two years

i shall go and beg borrow steal one instead as it is, dun know go where find money for some reno items esp the stupid grilles which is really gonna cost

argh!! so many things to consider just spoke to patrick about the window grilles and he brought home to me the point that if i were to do squarish grilles with 3" gaps it'll be super ugly :~ he'll try and find if anyone has the ampli-mesh stock coz no one is importing it anymore due to low demand...

100+ per print for how big? if enough to cover one wall is consider very cheap liao leh find that it's a picture that conveys a certain kind of mood but depending on the theme of you home, may or may not match

ya loh, thinking of timber or mosaic coz it'll be something different as you can see, my thinking is the very old-school type the contractor said might charge extra coz my tiles are big and he dun have the equipment to cut so need to get someone else to cut loh already charge me $400 extra to lay the bigger tiles liao leh if he really want extra then i'll just use timber or mosaic had wanted some mosaic in my new place but dun know where to put might as well use as skirting can't, coz the tiles are not cut very evenly so need the skirting to cover
