i think that's why the line is dotted it's just an indicated that a room can be built there but seriously, not many flats can have 4 rooms even EAs also barely make it with 4 rooms

actually the more developed a country is, the worst the medical system becomes do you know it takes a year to see a specialist in UK and Australia australia even contemplated a rule that bans smokers from seeking medical help by hiring more staff, they'll need more money and medical bills will go up that's why public hospital is cheap with long wait while private hospital is pricey with short wait unless the doctors are willing to take pay cut loh :dunno:

granite might be cheaper than marble but it's at least 4 times more expensive than porcelain tiles

sigh, that's the thing with our medical system private gp can refer but you will be considered a private patient, not a subsidised patient think unless your gp got do 'volunteer' service the hospital, then can refer subsidised patient as for the long wait, that's because there simply isn't enough doctors around with the limited manpower and OT, the waiting time will be months

nowadays fridges comes with 'legs' it's basically four knobs to adjust for uneven floors kitchen floors always slant towards one side to aid in water flow so you got to adjust the fridge to stand straight, if not will spoil easily if you raise the fridge high enough, no need for fridge base
