hi, think the nippon package classic and premium is dependant on the paint you choose. as for the PUB testing, it is NOT mandatory for fire insurance leh at least not for new flats even my current home which is 24yrs old also never do PUB testing and we bought additional fire insurance somemore. as for rewiring package, you must think of the number of light points, socket points etc you want. if not they play punk and say only rewire, points extra

hi there, just some of my personal views 1. my contractor is only charging $1,350 for sealant, white paint and 4 other colours of MEDIFRESH 3-in-1 for my 134sqm including paint and workmanship leh. your contractor not very honest loh if take his pricing, $1k (original) + $200 (workmanship) = $1200. add to that the price of paint $35 per 5l can 2. hmm, did your electrician show you any printed material from hdb? didn't hear anything about this 'new regulation' leh. maybe you want to list down what is provided e.g. no. of single/double sockets, no. of light points etc then we can give some suggestions? 3. $3psf is quite limited, esp if it is the display price whether it's market rate will depend on how much the contractor charge for the whole package i.e. hack and relay hope it helps

HDB just changed the mis-matched tile on my MBR toilet kerb the kerb is divided into two by the bi-fold door frame so one side the tile is the same as the new room floor tile the other was the same as the old room floor tile so i asked my TO to change it to either the toilet floor or wall tile guess what? they changed it to the new room floor tile !! is that normal? i thought it should either be the toilet floor tile or wall tile one grey and the other blue my room floor tile is white with marble marking should i ask my TO to change again?
