erm i didn't try doing that on my lcd but i must say SD on plasma is really even HD on plasma is better than my lcd but then again, my plasma specs is similar to my lcd just that the plasma colour so much more richer

update on my little project was browsing through the blogs here when something caught my attention saw from eh.lephant's blog that she got some yarn at a really cheap price previously i got similar yarn at around $8 a ball now she got them only at $0.50 a ball!!!! :bangwall: rushed down to spotlight at Plaza Sing and grabbed 60 over balls of yarn going to knit a blanket for myself but maybe my mum is going to kapo for herself pix of a project using the previous $8/ball yarn pix of current ongoing project using the $0.50/ball yarn see how the colour looks different when under different lighting yah, basically :dribble: at the shots almost like i'm there too :wub:

well price definitely has got nothing to do with service quality think the best example will be hoe kee, the shop that sells kitchen/bathroom accessories go check out the jln besar branch and katong complext branch everything is priced exactly the same but the service is totally different another example with be those branded boutiques expensive stuff, but service leaves much to be desired (certain branches)

yes the price for new flats move with the resale market take for example the EA in my cluster when new, it was going for almost $450k then it went all the way down to $300k after seven years (2006) then in 2007 it slowly went back up again brand new flats from HDB i.e. old but never sold

huh? floor tile popping not common? it seems that floor tiles will pop eventually heard of a few cases of floor tiles popping some due to poor workmanship (within a few years), others due to time (after many years) my own floor tiles popped after 20 years - none was hollow do note that warranty is for the layer on top if the original tile popped, no warranty

yup if you only hack half the wall, no need extra floor tiles however, if your contractor's worker not skilled might compromise the integrity of the wall and in time the wall will start to shake then collaspe :jawdrop:
