if you've got the fan new and paid for installation the wobbling is unacceptable coz installation includes 'balancing' the way they balance is actually by clipping some weight on the blade to ensure that the fan doesn't sway when it's on thing to note it while cleaning the fan, please dun remove those clips on the blade coz it'll cause the fan to wobble !!

hi all, just wanted to share something about utilities account as long as you have opened the account, that would mean you have to pay for sanitary charges and 'rubbish disposal' even though you don't stay there. usually the advice is to open only when you are going to start your renovation if not you are paying for the water and electricity that hdb uses when rectifying defects. got my keys in mar 07 and only opened my utilities account last week bo bian coz got to ask them to come down and run gas pipes, if not kitchen cabinet can't go up !!

i told them upfront that i have not confirmed delivery date if they can hold at least six months then i'll buy, if not then i won't buy usually they are eager to close the deal so they'll agree to anything can hold the tv delivery or not? i only bought furnitures coz i think the price of electical appliances only go one way - that's down so i'll buy only when i've shifted in and just go out to buy hi there, my FS guy say as long as the offical shift-in date for the whole family is auspicious can liao me planning to shift my things slowly when renovation is done but seventh month is still not over
