wow that's many questions in one post not sure about ICI coz i've been using nippon all along different paint serves different purposes and price is different too maybe you want to read up on the individual paint type and decide which is best for you i'm using medifresh simply because of the anti-bacteria quality didn't do plastering but if it's for the whole place and includes everything then $1.6k should be reasonable for an old 4-rm coz it's much bigger $1.5k for which class of paint and how many colours? my contractor quote me $1.35k for my place with medifresh colour is a very personal choice, it'll also depend on your bazi (if you believe in FS) generally, living and kitchen neutral colours bedrooms up to the occupants and toilet got tiles
