think the premium EAs built a few years ago are all using ceramic tiles if use back ceramic tiles no need to top up but if want to change to homogeneous tiles or a design you prefer, then got to top up the difference i did the same for my home !!

actually ikea things are broadly divided into two categories solid wood ones and chip board ones the solid wood range is good and can last many years, but pricey too the chip board ones are filmsy, cannot touch water and generally can't last too long !!
