  2. me got this to stick on the walls of my pathway good for going to the toilet at night it's a motion activated infrared LED light, using AAA batteries when we move towards it, it will light up and go off after 20sec cost $20 each :bow:

  4. hehehe she's my favourite too one tough cat i'd say, survived against all odds and turn out well it's relatively easy to maintain cats coz all they need is food, water and affection the rest are optional esp toys my cats prefer to be cuddled or play catching rather than play with toys

  9. hmm think a lot of pple are mixing main contractor and sub contractor up basically a main contractor does everything that an ID does, excluding the design part i used a main contractor and i also slept well every night, knowing that whatever i want done is in progress if you know what you want, it's better to go for a contractor as IDs tend to do what they like, not what you like check out the blog of compassvale, beautiful home with the help of a main contractor

  20. hmm, depending on the impression they have i've gotten quotations on the spot, but also quotations that took more than a month and that's after phone call and email hor think it'll be good to give them a call, but just one coz if they can't be bothered to do the quotation chop chop, imagine how long they'll drag when it comes to the actual process
  21. erm ktichen cabinets usually are more expensive coz of the sturdiness required you don't really need a lot of shelves for wardrobe coz of the hanging space personally, i don't mind spending a little more on carpentry coz it must be sturdy and can tahan the endless opening/closing
