bought my air-con from Best Tech IMM, can't remember is 2nd or 3rd flr the salesguy is desmond, he managed to offer us a lowest price for the air-con we want the HQ is super screwed up when it comes to making appt for running of trunking and installation of fan coil be sure to ask for the name of the person who took down the appt date and time however, when we first switched on the air-con and found it not cold enough we called and they came down promptly to rectify the problem also, the workers will advice how to run the trunkings to minimise leakage problem, though beauty is apparently not their forte hope it helps
