  1. or can consider going for a L-shaped study table in front of the window makes full use of the area and yet not need to customise
  2. don't think can 'untag' the microchip right? heng they know not to run far away just roll on the floor outside, after that will sit in front of the gate and meow meow meow but if go too far then they will just meow until i go rescue

  7. i'd go for hack and relay as well popping tiles, as i have learnt the hard way, does not apply to hollow tiles my previous place's tiles popped after 20yrs, with no sign at all just went pop pop pop one night also, you'll never know if the previous owner offended his contractor and the tiler put something under the tiles sound really paranoid but i'm a paranoid person

  9. in a way, cash is king but there should also be certain quality of life you enjoy mah if not then we'll all be living like misers from the floor plan, it seems that the common bedrooms are quite difficult to 'handle' unless you go for customised carpentry works find that customised carpentry is very good for limited space
  10. agree with xlan that a tv cabinet is just the thing there should be something big enough in the market, but you got to really look hard check out bedznco and the shop next to it in eunos, think it's opposite nissan showroom they offer quite a lot of furniture in various types of wood

  12. personal take on this issue how much you spend on renovation should be relative to how long you plan to stay in the unit if you shifted there as it's near your children's school and do not foresee shifting in the next 15yrs, maybe you can consider spending around 20% of the unit price on renovation however, if you plan to have children but your new place is not near any school, and you plan to shift near their school in say 5yrs time, then 10% of the unit price is a good choice all said, it still depend on your budget and how much you want that open concept bathroom
  13. actually hor, if install ceiling fan in bedroom most prob the blades will be above the feet right? me have ceiling fan in my bedroom, so far okay lah think the toilet is wrecking more havoc compared to anything else
  14. dunno means he is not in pain, that's at least a good sign right? think they have a much much higher threshhold of pain compared to us when sheepcat took the jab for the microchip, he didn't even flinch though i would have SCREAMED in pain
