eh think happy meant things like sofa, dining table, study table etc where you'll be for an extended period of time sitting or lying
-
eh not really having puddling problem maybe i've put it the wrong way when i wash bowls with remaining contents in it the food stuff tend to stay in the sink rather than flowing to the drainage hole got to pour some water to 'push' the bits towards the drainage think that's due to the flatness of the bottom, it's really really flat

applefreak replied to ckoonyin's topic in Reno t-Blog Chat
me second as for the defect rectification, don't believe them when they say two weeks think most of us kenna the months type, despite calling the TO every other day so better hold all your furniture purchases -
actually all new flats have concealed piping and wiring if i'm not wrong the older generation flats don't have concealed piping mine is a 6yr old premium so the pipings are all exposed
-
that doesn't sound too good means you need to monitor more closely if you didn't call, then you'll only know when he hand over the unit
-
guess it's their nature so just let them be bah, but i won't really call it hiding maybe you can make their room more conducive for staying long period of time e.g. good ventilation, tv and vcd player etc my sister hides in her room when there are visitors to my home too, but she's got everything she needs in her room so not a problem

go try it out at either classic kitchen in tanjong katong or heirloom at balestier one uses blum and the other hettich really really smooth !!
-
have stayed in quite a few places with cement screeded floor so i assume the screeded wall should look the same right? think it depends on the skill of the person doing it, the screeded floor is really smooth and cool !! the colour is not constant, which is another thing that i liked about screeded surfaces

hmm those are drawer runners, can just get and ask any contractors to install however, personally still prefer blum or hettich over ikea's runners though more expensive than ikea ones, think they'll last much longer
-
think it's a matter of personal preference, i love the cold cement screeding look
-
