Communication is two ways. I guess it is important to establish your needs and expectation before the start of your renovation to prevent any misunderstanding. As I was sure of what I wanted for my house , I was able to convey my needs to her clearly and she was able to come up with detailed areas planning for which i had to approve . As I did not have time for frequent site visits due to my work commitment , she would highlight to me the following week schedule and if there was any need for me to be around for my decisions . For any updates/issues, she would whatapps the site photos and discuss with me over the phone. Naturally there were several hiccups along the renovation . But what I am happy about is that she can be trusted to resolve the hiccups after i had given her my feedbacks. I will certainly reommend her to anyone for her good work attitude and ability to deliver what had been promised.

On Sunday, we went down to have another round of cleaning done by ourselves. With our house cleaned, Nicholas from Soundzipper brought our sound systems over. As our furnishings were not in till coming Friday, Nicholas hooked up all the sound equipment to form stereo system and did basic calibration to let us preview by playing several CDs. . Indeed it was a good chance to poison my wife who has been complaining to me for spending so much on entertainment systems. . I guess it worked with less nagging for the day Nicholas still has to hook up my rear speakers to form 5.1 systems and the bass trap needs to be covered with laminate. Sorry for the slow updates as I was down with bad flu and busy with work. As for now, basically all works and cleaning had been completed. For the coming weeks, we will be getting our furnishings in and setting up my AV systems. my ID (Cheryl) will be also assisting us to purchase decor for our place for the final-touch up.
