We're looking for a HDB approved contractor to help us repair all our sliding windows in a 5rm flat - HDB informed us our sliding windows do not have angle strips and safety stoppers. Can someone recommend a good contractor to do this? We're looking to do this is at minimum cost. Thanks PO

Totsboy - I was considering roof terrace.. removing roof and creating roof terrace alone costs $150k?

The floor area will be abt 1000 sqft - 2 bedrooms and a toilet. I guess it'll involve tearing down existing roof and building another one.

Hi, We're in the process of buying a hse - a 2 storey semi-D, and are considering adding one more level - bigger rooms for the kids. Would anyone know how much it'd cost to construct one more level with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet? Thanks PO
