    The cement screed floor was done by a contractor hdb engage as for raw flooring they will give us up to 40mm cement screed which we do not need to pay.

    I have went to view 2 units done by K and I must say his workmanship is good. And he too has his own expectations of work done. So far so good. But I wouldn be able to comment on my house as the works has jus started :P
