From what i understand, front load takes a longer time but lesser water to wash. Pros n cons - waste water save electricity. Thus taking into consideration of my tiny kitchen size, I need a small washer which made me decided to take this model as its only 54cm in width. where did u buy your washer? Mine cost $599 if purchased at Best denki with 5yrs warranty but i purchased it at $505 at neighborhood store with only 2yrs std warranty. Maybe u have purchased it at mega stores which is y its more ex. However, neighborhood stores only take cash cos if pymt by card or installment will have add'l chgs.

Neh i wasnt given a white solid top. Only a white basin similar to the common bathroom. U get wat u pay for.. Haha. was still thinking of just using the black solid top if it does comes free but think now i will be hacking away the ugly white basin.

Went to our new flat immediately yday after key collections and what a tiny flat we got. Parents were like asking me, R u sure u applied for a 4rm flat instead of a 3rm flat? However its really a nice view from our unit. Can see Holland Village from our living area and Orchard from our MBR. Btw zirhk3355, the solid surface sink in your MBR toilet is given by HDB rite? Tot our floorplan so similar, I was expecting the same too but got a normal white basin instead. Haha.

Hi, I have pm u. It seems quite ok to me. Trust me, there will always be cheaper quotations ard but will you feel comfortable with them is another story. I agree. The quotation seems very basic so I am pretty sure there will be more to add.

Finally the problems of leveling the slope at the bay window is solved by a fellow forumer here - lin_stapler Guess I will be getting my ID to do the exact same thing for me as well.
