Hi Gracia, sorry for late reply as I juz saw ur msg. Since you really like the oven, I don't mind let you have it at $400. One person cannot carry it. My mobile is 97515 667. Since the retail price is $899 and the oven is quite bulky I don't mind any price not lower than 50% of the retail price? It is brand new and the warranty will only start from 1Jan2013 next year. You have to come to my apartment to collect. The oven is sitting in my store-room because I requested my developer not to install it. Are you comfortable with this price?

Usually should be able to find in most curtain shops. I went to one along Balestier Rd Giffard Mansion. It is a curtain shop. I was looking for the string curtain to act as a divider between living rm and dining rm as recommended by ID. I was quoted $100+(can't rem actual price) per piece. Hope this helps.

Am sure u're enjoying the product of your choice and feeling blessed now That's great! As for your doubt, I think it is legally acceptable to state "Price before GST". I've seen other retail shops indicating that on their price tags. It is alright as long as clearly stating the price is before or after GST, rather than not stating it clearly and create a wrong assumption/confusion to the consumer. cheers!

I paid 30% deposit for the sofa set. Haven't deliver coz haven't get key for the house yet. Keeping fingers cross on the sofa set. I paid the deposit in the end bcoz even after adding GST the total price is about the same as the expo promo price, so in terms of price it is not an issue since same price(infact $30 cheaper than expo)

I just made a 30% deposit with X'clusive today for a sofa set! The sales person was very patient explaining to me for more than an hour and I think he was very sincere so I decided to purchase the sofa set which was exactly the same set which I saw at expo a few days ago.
