Hello, Workmanship looks ok to me. I would say consider good compared with my previous house carpentries and tiling . $37k includes rewiring of whole house but does not include air con. Wee Kuang suggested to find direct air con contractors to save money . During air con installation, he was here to make sure trunkings and systems are installed correctly.

Indeed the condition is terrible plus terrible. Almost fainted when took over the house . Time to update my renovation progress.
