As PROMISED here are the pics of the almost complete reno of my living hall. THE LIVING HALL On the right is where my dining table will be. Why spend the extra cash when there is no need to do so? Anyway no one will be able to see the tiles behind the cabinet right? Just curious, when will the balcony be ready? Can't wait to KAYPOH and see how it will look like...

Here are some of the pics as promised, sorry for the poor lightings as Iwas using my W850i to snap these pics. Completed platform at my living hall. The colour of my laminated platform. Passageway to rooms and toilets. This is the entrance to my WIW without the full height mirror and frosted glass casement door. This is the compartments where I will hang my clothings and uniforms. As of today, the custom made bed, dressing table and the side tables had been completed, oh yeah, the shoe racks are also completed just now. Maybe tomorrow I'll post more pics as I can see that my lightings, WC, sink, bathroom sets have been delivered just now. !!

The painting you see in the pic is actually the original colour, anyway I'll post some of the latest pics later. Anyway I can see that ur balcony cement screeding had been completed. BTW you can see my hall and my bedrooms as it is actually facing ur kitchen and balcony. So did u drop by and see the reno werks at my place? !! I'll be moving in this Saturday as the new owner of my current house is eager to move in to his new house.

Allright I'll feedback to you how the RB3Si performs, but a definite thing is that cooking will not be a hassle for me as my mom is staying in the opposite block. I'll just have to ask my son to bring a few empty tupperware and fill it up @ my mom's place. !!

Latest updates as of today, 1.Platform and setty in living hall is up. 2.walk in wardrobe completed. 3.laminate for platform had arrived just now @ 3pm 4.Rinnai cooker RB-3si and hob RH-90cd had arrived just now @ 3.30pm 5.All the false wall, false ceilings and l-box are up. 6.Table top (India granite, galaxy) for cabinet had arrived. 7.Paintings have been completed. Anyway according to ID will be ready on 23 or 24th of this mth. Most probably moving in to my new place on the 24th or 25th.

Cool man, u r an artistic person. So when is the estimated time of completion of ur project mural??? Suggested GRAFFITI for my boy's rm but was strongly objected by my minister of housing affairs. She said," Aiyoh I do not wish to see my boys becoming VANDALs like you." HA HA HA. Loved grafitti since my secondary school days.

The dining set looks exactly the same as mine but I bought mine from Apple tree interior furniture. Only instead of cairs with rest, I decided to do something different by using 4 single seater bench. Anyway did u get ur dining set from furniture club(sungei kadut) ? Anyway nice drawings, and hope everything runs smoothly for your reno werkz.

Hi bro just out of curiousity, is that a 37 inch lcd tv you've got there? Samsung is it? Any recommendations on LCD TV, thought of getting a 42inch one but samsung only have 40inch leh...

Aiyoh tell the aunty to stay in a kampung house lah if cannot stand the drilling symphony. If she wants to complain show her the renovation permit, better still if you can pass hera photocopied piece. For my reno werkz its more to carpentry but it really resulted in a big hole to my pocket. ($32k)

I saw numerous nos. of sofa bed. But at where forgotten already lah. We went to 6 warehouses and almost everyone of it was having sofabed on display. You'll be spoilt for choice. The best part about shopping there is that there isn't any crowd like what u'll see in furn_tur_e m_a_l or ik_e_. But I like the services rendered by the staff in Red apple and Novena most, so helpful and friendly. Just a friendly advice,do not forget to bring along ur floorplan if u r hunting for furnitures k. I forgotten to do so the first time .
