I HAVE ALREADY POSTED BUT MY PASSWORD HAS CHANGED DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RENOVATION COMPANY Both of them are irresponsible, unethical and liars! Everything is possible and smooth sailing before signing the contract is sign. They promised to provide superior workmanship and quality materials. All these are all bull****s. True colour was shown after they collected payment from owner. Poor workmanship, electrical and plumbing works were done “illegally” and not as per regulatory requirement. Materials provided were not as per contract. They provided a much lower grade materials and cheated on the owner. And, project was delayed for more than 3 months and yet still cannot complete the work. Later I found out that the delay was due to their financial difficulties and hence, tiles, doors, carpentry work were not delivered to the owner’s house. Worst of all, Fabian Tan, the in-charge, did not even bother to supervise the work. Water leaking, lights were left on for days and etc. Angeline Fong, the wife, will try to throw in design, freebies and etc to win the contract. All these are GIMMICKS!!!
