Really nice transformation! How much COV did you pay or is it zero COV?

In fact it's better to get a 'run down' house and get a total new transformation than getting those house which is a bit nice but you don't totally like their design kind of house, at the end, you feel so wasted to hack everything away due to different style preference. Hence in future I will get those 'run down' house and give a total new transformation and save on COV LOL

This is so true before the new rule cos the agent can earn total of 3% commission from both sellers and buyers but now they can't. So they will work with their colleage to act as buyer's agent. In nowadays, do seller's still pay 2% com or negotiable??

I also don't understand why 3rm COV is higher than 4rm and 5rm?? Was told by agent that demand for 3rm is more than supply??
