i got charged $200 for clearing a toilet choke by a plumber. He said my choke was "complicated". he said he has to use cable but that was about it and he took under half an hour to do it Question...did i get stiffed by this dude? How much does it normally cost to clear a simple vs a complicated choke? ps its an old style 20 yr old private apartment
