The wash basin and WC and bi-fold door, will be using the ones they provide, no need to buy. What brands of instant water heater are reliable? I heard nowadays some heaters have what pump?! My old house bathrooms using aerogaz and bennington. Where the places to go now for these water heaters ... and also the BATHROOM ACCESSORIES? simple and nice ones? Also need to get some lights for the bathrooms. Last question, can I custom made the bathroom mirror? Where to do? Comments welcome, thanks.

Hi, Maybe there's another logical way to this in your situation. That is if you yourself can do it. Are you in good terms with your father? U mean he JUST pay the downpayment only? no monthly instalments from him?? If he still care for you, talk to him, put your name in take his out, u continue the hdb loan. Or buy his share at discounted below valuation price, being the difference as a "I am sorry" gift to u. Take a bigger loan in this case, will surely increase your burden in future. Sorry for me saying this way, cos I don't know how to put it in another.

Hi BlurryKid and Bros, Me also getting 3RM NG, what's the advisable choice? ID firm or contractor? what's the estimated cost difference? In my opinion, the IDs do the thinking, and coordinate with 3rd party contractors? They give ideas and suggestions and drawings. I sort of have my own ideas, just putting the puzzle together, want to find someone who don't say yes yes yes then later this cannot that cannot. But point out what's practical, explain, what can do, what cannot do... can forsee the picture... Can a like all-in-one contractor do all these?

Viewed 7 flats, in the north within 1 month time. The 1st, good location but condition very very jialet... high cov, 30k i think, everything in the flat MUST do, simply reno also at least 30k. The 2nd also location good, high floor, windy, high cov too. the flooring can consider cos like pearl white homo, I like... but I want to hack wall... difficult to reno, think think think, 1 week later, i make offer 35k... but being told it's sold for cov 40k plus. I decided to get the last flat I viewed, feeling ok, good location but low floor with mid 20 cov, now brain-storming how to reno it.

Hi Blurrykid, Renotalk Bros, I am also getting a 3RM resale, but 3NG. Flat plan is same as yours! but smaller. Front room not as big as yours. Me going for mininalist design idea, cos less thing means look big, easy to maintain. Want to hack the wall between living room and kitchen, but have to abort the not practical idea of hacking the front room wall. May i know what the estimate cost and time difference below for a 3rm flat: Hacking existing floor tiles in living, kitchen and bed rooms then lay homogenous floor tiles. Laminate floor for all the above. Can the latest of laminate flooring last longer? Which is the practical choice? I am planning for a long stay. Any advices and ideas are welcome, thanks.

Thinking of minimalist design with false ceilings, recessed lights, wall wash lights and LED strips... Any one hacked the wall between the 2 bathrooms to become 1? Any seniors here tried?
