  3. Hi fairtrade We did not plan to fail. Things had reached a stage where by the directors decided that they will stop investing , Being a Pte ltd firm with accounts ready to be audited, I could have walk away. In fact we had consulted the lawyers if this is a criminal offence and the laywer says no. As long as we didn't not use the company funds for personal use, there is no element of cheating. The best part is the directors still have to pump in funds to sustain the business. I understand the frustrations of our customers. I am here to help, it's just hat I need time. Some green eyed competitor will just add fuel to fire, gloat over sense art demise. Anyway, we will deliver 19 sets of sofas which are over due to our customers.

  6. Hi shawncck Are you am idiot? After they won the case so they have the rights to do whatever the law allows them to do so, in an event that they didn't not recieve their refund. By the way my t loan sofa set ,which costs more than what you had order is still at your place. So you were the one who wanted a thirty percent discount when we deferred on our delivery , not trebleclef. And you were the one who refuse to let our guys pick up the sofa when they were there. Listen up, there was no element of cheating in this case, we had accounts to be shown, it was a case of poor business management that resulted in today's predicament. I am still here to help those who still believes in me. I am trying very hard to resolve these problems.

  10. Hi trebleclef I do know who you are but I think you are the one who came to me and insisted on a thirty percent discount and I had t loan you a sofa until your new sofa arrives. However I rejected the discount and you wanted a refund.. After which I had stop communicating with you altogether because when my guys went up to collect the t loan sofa , you refused to let them collect back what is ours. Are you the one?

If you think hat is going to affect us then look at those bad posting by other companies. At least I am still here to help.

In tha case I suggest you go for a claim at small claims tribunal. The referee will decide on the are and you can enforce your rights after that. Hommage is good, we should learn from them, but if you are not from hommage how do you know their delivery is 100% on time? Admit it if you are from hommage. Lastly , we loan furniture to our customers is on a temporarily basis it doesn't matter if it doesn't fit because at least we provided them a place to relax.   24. Hi shawncck How have you been? It's been a long time since we crossed swords. Like I said if hommage is that perfect, I would like to learn from them however , please make sure that since opening till now that hasn't been a single glitch in their deliveries. Do you think we can use lemon laws against airlines companies who delay their flights? I know it's not an excuse and we are seriously looking into our problems. We had vouchers that can be used for curtains, beds and mattresses, please refer to the post by mr NG. He will patronize us a along as we are around. What can you say about that? Therefore, Shawncck we cannot please everybody , we are no god. Even the conglomerates like star hub and m1 makes mistakes, it's part and parcel of life. Nobody wants that to happen but at times things cannot be helped. I think even you will be late for appointments, or even cancel the appointments if you think you cannot make it, does that makes your friend or your client lose confidence in you? Come on, please do not add fuel to fire. Even though I do know of spoilers in rt. I don't know what is your motive, but at least we deliver, if we are not on time and have to pay back ten twenty percent of the selling price, do you think it's justifiable?
