Hi onions2hot, I bought a unit at Tampines too! and fully agree that Tampines COV is a killer i'm buying a lot for the COV and going to spend more on renovation

Hi Massyukim, What about the price? and the feel you have for the unit? same, my hubby also prefer the first unit we saw.. i think too much, in the end, when i realise its not a bad unit after viewing other flats, the unit was taken up already.. nevertheless, the search contiunes.. and i finally found a unit which is not too bad.. pricing and location not too bad.. the fact i like about it is i like unit which are bright.. gives a good feeling.. and we viewed the unit only once and we offered already.. haha.. so ya.. perhaps cannot think too much, go with the feel..

I was thinking the kitchen is really too big.. surpirsed that you managed to have a room in there! not a bad idea.. haha.. and like you, the ex-owner also bought the recess area i wanted the privacy feeling, meaning to say, when i enter the house i do not want to see all the rooms.. so perhaps i need to maintain the study room, but i wan a bigger living room, so when i see you plan, i was like.. good idea!! hahaha..

I'm actually looking around Tampines 5rm.. some has reasonable valuation, but not COV.. mine even worst, no view nth, only high floor, but asking COV for 90K... -_-" super not serious and the worst is still wants extentsion.. i prefer high floor units, but so far most of them are mid floor, so cant really make up my mind.. but i scare that if i dun decide soon, the unit will be purchased again like my first case.... sigh.. i think i've been to 10+ viewing around.. a bit tired.. and tampines, really have so many different kind of 5 room floor plan.. haha.. amazing!... looking for a reasonable COV, cos whatever the condition of the house is, i'm going to spend to renovate the whole house.. so ya, theres a lot of consideration here.. initially tot can shift into a new house before CNY.. i dun think i'm in time already.. we both need luck

Hi all, previously viewed a unit with quite a good location, but becos of me procastinating that they have a high COV, the unit was purchased by someone else now the search continues and it was then i realized i shouldnt have procastinate... haiz.. been viewing a lot of flats, but cant seem to fine one that i like.. how many viewings did you actually go before you found one that you really like? i feel a bit disappointed that there doesnt seem to exist that ideal unit.. and nowadays, the COV is so high.. only mid low already demanding for 50K COV...

Yeah! Checked, i supposed its okie based on the quota! Erm, design wise, its not going to be a problem, cos i decided to renovate the whole house, so really prefer a house which is not so well-done, good location with lesser valuation and COV Thanks everyone for the help!!

Dear All, I just registered into this forum to seek some feedback from you guys. Iim currently looking ard for a resale unit in the East. There's one unit which caught my attention, however it belongs to an Indian Family.. I'm Chinese.. questions is, has anyone of you gotten a unit from a different race previously? what should i take note of? thanks a lot!
