Hi all, We've recently optioned a 4 Room 90sqm flat at Aspella 275A, Sengkang. Probably able to get the key for renovation end of Nov or earlier Dec, hence appreciate brothers and sisters here, especially those who staying at Aspella can share share renovation idea for my unit. It is currently only two of us will be stay in the unit, but would like to have spare room for guest and also a study/work room cum guest room when necessary. My wife likes to cook, so not sure open kitchen is good idea or not. A dining area plus a high chair breakfast corner if possible. Attached here is unit floor plan and thanks in advance.
