Hi Casa, it was great reading through your postings & pics of your new place. I am doing my budgeting with my upcoming renov. May i know how much did your contractor/ID charge you for the cabinet in your bathroom? It looks like it is made of wood? Also, where did you get the black color sink? How is it better than those stainless steel ones? For the hood, i was just wondering if it is really necessary to get one especially if my cooking area will be situated near the windows, and i will be living on high floors. Do you mind sharing how much will a hood cost? I am a first timer doing renov. Hope to hear from you guys. Thanks in advance!
