So can I say that ID and contractor pricing not much diff? (contractor no free items so cost less, ID give free but actually included in their quotation) Very confusing now as to go for ID or contractor. The more I read the more confused. -
I'm interested to know too. Anyone who buy resale flat can please advise? If the air-con is only 3-4 yrs old, will you all keep it or change a new one?

I do intend to stay for long term (more than 10 years). That's why still contemplating whether its practical to do white or not. Batman - 'ai swee mai mia' can be spent on small items like clothes or shoes. But renovation is a very costly thingy. Kelvin - totally agree with you. Its the nice clean colour that I am so tempted to go for it. Just worry about being stained. Now thinking real hard....

Have seen so many pictures of all the white cabinets & wardrobes and really look so nice. But worrying about the maintenance part. Still contemplating whether to choose white for my reno or not. Anyone can advise will the white turn yellowish in a few years' time? Can it last for 5 to 10 years? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your advice. Don't mind me asking are you an ID? As I am still searching for one, if you are not, do you have any recommendations on good ID that you know of? Thanks in advance!

Hi all, Need some advice here. 1. What are the stuffs that we need to get ourselves if we engage an ID or ID will get for us? 2. Do we need to source for these items: Lightings, kitchen hob and hood, sink? 3. Any other items that I might have missed? Really noob in this area. Hope any kind souls can help. Thanks in advance!
