Hi! Congratulations on your new home. My husband and I also bought a resale 5rm flat at Pioneer. Our flat layout look similar except that we have a balcony. We are currently overseas and renting out our place. When we return next year will start renovating. It is going to be a major overhual for us. Hi, nice renovation. Could I have the contact of Mr K? I understand that he is not HDB licensed and the only difference with HDB licensed or not contractor is the waterproofing guarantee? I bought a resale flat which requires hacking of tiling, cabinets etc.. That might be a problem then. Nonetheless, if I could contact him and make a comparison, that would be great. Hi Ivancai, Nice reno. Do you mind sharing the cost of your reno? I like your kitchen. It has a similar layout to my kitchen. Am thinking of having the sink protuding out like urs. But is worried that it will make my kitchen too narrow. Thanks
