Hi All, Newly set up company name of "AI Image Pte Ltd" has contacted me and have officially declared that “AI Image Pte Ltd” Company is not in any way related to “Millennium Lifestyle Pte Ltd” by their Director Choong Poh Ping. Therefore I would like to take this chance to apologies to Choong Poh Ping, Director of AI Image Pte Ltd that my previous comment on "AI Image Pte Ltd" as quoted: "AI Image Pte Ltd previously could be Millennium Lifestyle Pte Ltd previously as the address is the same, 908A Upper Thomson Road. They have change the ownership names for this Company but do not know whether are they related." and it shall be changed to "AI Image Pte Ltd coincidentally has the same address as previous Millennium Lifestyle Pte Ltd, 908A Upper Thomson Road. They have changed the ownership names for this Company and they are not related.". This was further clarified by their Director Choong Poh Ping. This is mainly due to the misunderstanding caused by the company address located at 908A Upper Thomson Road. This address is also registered as Marvin Wong Seow Keong (Millennium Lifestyle Pte Ltd) residence address in his IC which has thus leads to this misunderstanding. I hope this will clear all misunderstanding once and for all.

Dear all, My wife and I have a very bad encounter with Millennium Lifestyle Pte Ltd for our house renovation. It has caused a messy and headache situation for us to handle. The main contractors are Marvin Wong Seow Keong (S6828940H, HP: 97679499) is the boss and Shirley Lee Soon Yong (HP: 97861480) is his PA . Sub- contractor is Marvin Wong father company Max’s Image Design Studio Pte Ltd. We have signed a renovation agreement with them and were told verbally that the completion date is 6 weeks after we have hand over the house to them. We hand over to them on 1st of April 2012 but till end of June only 8 out of 52 items were completed. They keep pressing us for payment although we have paid up to 80%. Of course I refused to pay them further. Even since, they have stopped all works. We have no choice but to make police reports and our lawyer has issued letter of demand to them to start work within 7 days but they ignored the letter completely. We have no choice to issue them 2rd lawyer letter to them to indicate that they are the one who breach the agreement. This is to protect myself as I have to find another contractor to finish the works. They still have the cheek to call us that they will start work if i pay them another $5000. I am not the only victims. Total there are 5 victims with almost the same encounters. Worst still they lodge a small claims to other victims on undesirable stands. Lucky enough, all 5 of us have won the small claims and total of S$31K of money order was awarded to us but the contractor refused to pay us. They even resort to changing their company address 2 times within few months. This is to shift out the asset from the company so that if we do enforcement, it just a "empty company". They changed from "908A Upper Thomson Road" to "50 Tagore Lane, #04-06, Entrepreneir Centre" then to "52 SERANGOON NORTH AVENUE 4, #S-110 EVER TECH BUILDING, SINGAPORE (555853)". Reader out there shall know what are they up. Currently one of the victims and I have engaged debt collector to collect the debt for us. The other victims also considering this option. They also have changed the company name at "908A Upper Thomson Road" to AI Lifestyle Pte Ltd, it is not registered with ARCA (dated 04/11/2012). Hi All, Currently my house renovation was also awarded to United Team Lifestyle 4 weeks ago. They are quite accurate on their schedule and workmanship not bad. My place will be ready in 2-3 weeks time. .I was recommended by my colleague and it turns out good. Do not have to monitor them closely throughout the renovation. Their quotation is considered mid range which they tell you out front when we first met.

At least I must make it clear that is them who breached the agreement else they might counter sue me and claims the balance 20%......
