cos I am going to place pool table in my dining room.. so will need extra space to play there. I was thinking of having a display cabinet at the entrance to place my liquours.. den an idea struck - better to have a cabinet serving 3-in-1: shoe rack, bar counter and cabinet at the entrance

If budget allow, I was thinking of having a bar counter with full height display cabinet that can display my liquors and store my shoes at the entrance way.. serving as a partition between the entrance and my living room. The bar counter will be a place for my hubby and I to sit and chat over drinks or meals.. !! I wonder anyone has done that in their house?? Kindly share your pix here.. if not, can share some ideas here as well! Thanks~

hi Bluezzz, my budget for my EA is ard $20K U shd find an ID who is able to work within ur budget.. there is no such thing as U cannot afford the reno.. jus compromise and work with what U have. I think a responsible ID will be able to advise you what to do and what not to do so that U will not exceed ur budget. !! If not, get a contractor to do up ur house. Heard that it will b very much cheaper! but, u will need to co-ordinate the design and manpower yourself.. Cheers~ on ur reno journey!

wa liew.. I am really very lazy when it comes to calling.. but when I get impatient.. I will get MAD!! haha.. had scolded the Citibank officers for many times for making me wait at the hotline.. keke Ur place got alot of defects to retify?? Heard some pple has alot of cracks on the tiles.. den the officers have to change wall tiles and retile for them!

hihi, welcome to JW! I have been to ur block before.. cos I remember the view of the stadium.. haha.. my hubby and I were standing at the corridor facing the stadium comtemplating.. my hubby badly wanted the block cos he said he can get to watch free scoccer games there! haha.. den I told him, if this block faces the swimming pool, it will b even better.. den I get to see hunky guys in their trunks! but too bad, at the point of time we were not ready to commit for the flat.. CPF not enough.. thats y din manage to get it

have called Best and they are agreeable to keep my TV till end of april.. I wish to shift in on my birthday.. hehehehe. Latest Update: Your appointment to sign the Agreement for Lease and Take Possession of the new flat is on 05 Mar 2007 at 4:30 PM. So exciting... finally going to see the keys!! HoHoHoHo
