Oh dear, thats really sound sad! I was looking for the tolomeo lamp too (in black), but it sounded flimpsy from what you mentioned. if its from taobao then its fine, guess i can find it too, no need to dig the link! =) Haa, thats a long brickwall you have (and costly) but I think i fallen into the same trap as u. hehe. thanks for the reply.

Wanna buy some pendant light for my kitchen from Ikea, but not too sure should i buy the 40cm or 50cm diameter ones?! the size of ur lights (in the kitchen) looks just appropriate, how big is that? and is it bright enough for your kitchen since u have no other light source too! thanks a mil!

Lol, yea I met him a couple of times already, we are at the signing stage already but kind of delayed by his travelling and my travelling schedule. Woo, 70cm sounds like plenty of space. What do u plan for the laminates on the back of the WIW facing the window? I was originally intended for walnut but somehow fearing its going to darken the MBR drastically. Haa, the wait is well worth looking at how cool both your toilets going to look like, the subway tiles looking cool. I'm going for the same overlay in my kitchen but with white grouting thou. Hi there, looks like a cosy place! know what, I have an almost identical space planning as yours and I have already engaged K for my reno too! Been browsing your entries and was curious about two thingy: 1. MBR Walkin wardrobe - Would it be too much to squeeze in cabinets on both side? I had intended to do one side with a 65cm walkway between the walls and the wardrobe, and the remainder of my room barely have a 50cm diameter around a queen size bed! 2. Common toilet shower area - You gonna do shower screen on both sides of the kerb? and your shower would be placed to the right of the window? =) Heehee, anyway hope everything goes well for your reno, enjoy the process!

Haa, definitely. I think renovation is only phase 1 of house deco. Your choice of colour, little things you place in the house, are probably whats gg to really define your husband and your personality (i presume u r a lady). do u mind PM-ing me K contact? i hope to get him to do my renovation in 6 months time =) anw ur kitchen is really, really awesome. looks low maintenance too. =)
