Hi Minerat my roof also can see yellow colour patches but i think there might be more areas that i have not found out. i have not started my renovation yet. only when i remove the false ceiling in toilets then will i know my roof condition. hope i dont have to go through four contractors and be stuck in a dillema. i prayed God will provide the right contractors to renovate and house. may you commit this to the Lord our provider.

Hi Minerat, a good friend if mind recommended uniseal which specialised in waterproofing. She used them before. You can google for them. Hope the info is helpful to you.

Hi Minerat, thank you for your encouragement. I bought a semi d with a small land plot. Still in the planning stage while waiting to complete the transaction. May I know how much is your renovation budget for this scale of work? I am planning of replacing all waldrobe, new toilets, wet and dry kitchen, feature walls.... Well the list seems to get longer. the brochure said system :11.76kw solar power generator (42nos solar panels) savings 1,500wh per month. which is about $465 at present rate. i really need to sit down and work out my sums first : )

Came across this company Hyland Holdings Pte Ltd, website is www.sunpower.com.sg tel 63564001 i made an enquiry and the person said min 20panels, size 2 x1m each, with awning structure for landed house will cost estimation $25000. need to meet up with sales person for more details. they have free talk every sat 10am to 12pm. just call them to register. return on investment depends on your consumption. 10 years warrenty. hope that information is useful for you
