In my impulse moment I had all the doors and door frames removed. later I found out it was really expensive to replace the doors and door frames. But I still need a door to close when I go to bed and to on my aircon to cool down the room. So Jaskel brought me to shop for door and door frames at Best Industrial. This is what he suggested and I think it really goes with the overall look of the house. Latest design too. The company arranged to install the door frames today. I have not taken the photo yet, tomorrow will do so.

Try courts. Their sofa price is reasonable and quality is good. I bought mine from them. Still good . $1600 should be able to get your a three seater. Don't buy from seahorse or ikea, doesn't last at all. I had first hand experience with their products. happy shopping

This is the Burmese teak wood sample which I am going to lay for my stairs upon advise from my friend Jumbopanther. So made a 180 degree turnaround from laying tiles to laying whole piece teak wood. Very happy with the decision and looking forward to see the finished stairs. The company sales manager called me today to inform me that there will be a slight delay on the steps. My friend bought a box of purple colour tablets to kill the cockroaches and ants, I think one box has 30 tablets and cost $14 Works very well for her for three months. . This morning I called KDK Singapore to enquire about the fans with low ceiling, they recommend a min clearance of 2.4m after fan installation, Then I called this electrian that is recommended by Goh Ah Bee electrical. The electrian will visit my house to measure the false ceiling and make a support base for my fan. He will also recommend me the fans based on my ceiling height. I am installing three ceiling fans for my house so I am quite happy to get some help from the electrician and KDAk customer service

I am getting my KDK from Goh Ah Bee, they also recommend a electrician than specialise in installing fans.... Quite happy with the price.

I went with Jaskel to chose my laminate today. Look at what we selected for the kitchen cabinet.... Don't they just match my kitchen tiles ? They have the same design of lines on them. I am just amaze at the range of laminates that is available, Jaskel helped me to select the ones that he believe will match my kitchen tiles. And they are a good combination.

Drillbit, i did not look for solid wood custom made furniture as they are expensive and not many companies doing this now. however you can try The Helping Hand at Upper Serangoon Road. They sell solid teak wood furniture. my friend bought her beautiful dining set from them and she was very happy. maybe they also can customize your furniture from their direct source with a certain lead time.

Nope. wrong guess it was a Japanese Brand : Pxxxxxxxx, living fan model. i made a complaint to them and they did not even call me to follow up on reason for the malfunction. i was very disappointed with their company but have since moved on.... still using their fan

My Sweetlittlethings, The bar counter was our original utility room. And the kitchen was smaller and in a funny shaped. The wall of the utility wall was hacked down but we were left with a beam which we decided to built a bar/ service counter. The counter will house my coffee maker as well. The kitchen wall was removed and a new wall was build to make the kitchen into a square layout. If you notice the new wall with a window above it. It will be a bifold window which can fully open for better air flow. The end results which we are working on is a brighter kitchen and more air flow. Will upload the pics when the kitchen is done.

Drillbit, the pest control people drill a small hole every 30cm to pump the solution in to the ground around the house perimeter, then they patch p the hold using the closest colour they can find. It was a nicely done Job. Note that I mention only one company was confident in drilling through the marble and not worried about cracking the marble, Rxxxxxxx. If you are planning to do it, call them for a site visit and quotation. They will explain in more details.

Thanks Drillbit, the toilet is a little dark so my ID chose this tile for me to make the toilet brighter so I can save more electricity. It's my favourite tile. Wait till the fittings are up then it will blow me away.

The fan caught fire when the switch was on but the blade stopped turning. And the kids did not notice it and left it at that.
