In my opinion, we can't really blame the dealers after reading your story, first thing in mind. They are the dealers, they have lot's of goods to make and i'm sure there will be some mistakes some where. And for delivery side, i doubt you will be the only customer that they are delivering the goods to you on that day. Actually you have to spare a thought for others, what if you are the boss and this things happen to you? I just bought my mattress and bedframe , i dont see any problems with the delivery side as well. Just for sharing! Cheers.
